• You must have a valid delivery address within Bangladesh

3. Product Information and Pricing

• All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable taxes

• Prices may change without prior notice. The price at the time of order placement is final

• Product availability is subject to stock. If a product becomes unavailable after your order, we will notify you and offer a full refund or alternative

4. Ordering and Payment

• Orders can be placed via our website, WhatsApp, or Facebook Messenger

• We accept payment via bKash, Nagad, cash on delivery, and other methods listed at checkout

• An order confirmation will be sent to your provided contact after successful placement

• Shei Shop reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion

5. Delivery

• We deliver nationwide across Bangladesh

• Dhaka: delivery within 24–48 hours (business days)

• Outside Dhaka: delivery within 3–7 business days

• Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight

• Free delivery is available on orders above ৳2,999

• Shei Shop is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or events beyond our control

6. Authenticity Guarantee

All products sold on Shei Shop are 100% authentic and sourced from authorized suppliers. We do not sell counterfeit or imitation products. If you receive a product you believe is not genuine, please contact us within 7 days for a full refund or replacement.
