1. Our Authenticity Guarantee

Every product sold at Shei Shop is 100% authentic and sourced directly from authorized importers. If you believe a product you received is not genuine, we will replace it or refund you fully — no questions asked.

 

2. Return Eligibility — When You Can Return

✓  Product is proven to be fake or counterfeit

✓  Wrong product received (different from what you ordered)

✓  Product arrived damaged, broken, or leaking

✓  Product is significantly different from the description on our website

 

Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. After 7 days, we are unable to process return requests.

 

3. Non-Returnable Items — When You Cannot Return

The following situations are NOT eligible for return or refund:

    Product has been opened, used, or the seal has been broken (except in case of proven fake)

    Product packaging has been damaged by the customer

    Return request is made after 7 days of delivery

    Product was purchased during a clearance or final-sale promotion

    Products gifted or purchased as part of a promotional bundle (unless proven fake)

 

4. How to Request a Return

4.  Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours

5.  If approved, we will arrange product pickup or ask you to return it

6.  Refund or replacement will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the returned item
